Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental | In a significant morning turnover ceremony September 27, 2023, the Padayon Asenso Ozamiz Administration, under the dynamic leadership of Mayor Atty Indy Oaminal, unveiled crucial infrastructure projects aimed at uplifting the lives of the city’s residents.

**Barangay Lam-an**

The ceremony began in Barangay Lam-an, where a gleaming two-story Multipurpose Center for Senior Citizens and an ALS (Alternative Learning System) Community Learning Center were inaugurated. These facilities signify the city’s commitment to providing support and educational opportunities for its senior citizens and learners pursuing alternative education paths.

**Barangay Bañadero – HFEP 2019**

Continuing the event’s momentum, the focus shifted to Barangay Bañadero, where the Health Facility Enhancement Program (HFEP) for 2019 bore fruit. The Maternity Care Package (MCP) and a Birthing Clinic were officially opened, marking a significant step in improving maternal and child healthcare within the community.

Representing Mayor Indy Oaminal, Vice Mayor Bebe Neri, City Council members, esteemed barangay officials, and the City Engineers Office played pivotal roles in the ceremony. Their presence underscored the collective commitment to these transformative projects, highlighting the unity and dedication within Ozamiz City’s governance.
