Christian Unabia of Misamis Oriental and Celso Regencia of Iligan City secured notable ratings of 86.6% and 85.9%, respectively, positioning them in a statistical tie for second place.

Meanwhile, Mohamad Khalid Dimaporo of Lanao del Norte, Jose Maria Zubiri Jr. of Bukidnon, and Yevgeny Vicente Emano of Misamis Oriental jointly secured fourth place with ratings ranging from 80.1% to 80.6%.

The fifth spot was shared by Jose Manuel Alba of Bukidnon, Jurdin Jesus Romualdo of Camiguin, and Laarni Lavin Roque of Bukidnon, all of whom achieved commendable ratings in district representation, legislative contribution, and constituent service.

Dr. Paul Martinez, who led the survey, emphasized that the assessment of District Representatives was multi-dimensional, considering their effectiveness, legislative contributions, and constituent service quality. These criteria provided a comprehensive framework for evaluating the intricate responsibilities that public officials undertake.

Commending the Northern Mindanao District Representatives for their high survey marks, Dr. Martinez highlighted that these ratings signify tangible benefits for the constituents. The success in crucial areas underscores the dedication and competence of the public officials in meeting the needs and interests of the people in their respective districts.

The “Boses ng Bayan” survey for the House of Representatives in the Northern Mindanao Region was conducted by the RPMD from June 25 to July 5, 2023. Covering all districts across the region, the survey involved 10,000 registered voters, with respondents selected through randomized sampling. The survey maintains a 95% confidence level, presenting a sampling margin of error of 1 percent.
