Northern Mindanao Federation of Dairy Cooperatives (NMFDC-Highland Fresh) in El Salvador City is the Proponent Group (PG) of the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental-initiated Subproject on the “Dairy Milk Processing and Marketing Enterprise” under the Philippine Rural Development Project Investment in Rural Enterprise on Agriculture and Fishery Productivity (PRDPI-REAP) of the Department of Agriculture.

The total project cost of the subproject is Php 22, 138,058.72 broken down into Enterprise Cost in the amount of Php 17,244, 185.12 and Proponent Group Equity in the amount of Php 4, 893,873.60
The Enterprise Cost is broken down into three accounts namely; Loan Proceeds in the amount of Php 10,346,511.07; GOP Counterpart in the amount of Php 3,448,837.02 and LGU Equity in the amount of Php 3,448,837.03.
PLGU Misamis Oriental is the registered owner of 1 set Extended shelf Life (ESL) Pasteurizer with Homogenizer, 1 unit Standby Generator Set, 1 unit Air Compressor and 1 unit Refrigerated Van while Northern Mindanao Federation of Dairy Cooperatives (NMFDC- Highland Fresh) is the Proponent Group.
The Provincial Government of Mis Oriental GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation to NMFDC thru SP Resolution No. 729-2023 dated July 26, 2023 authorizing the Honorable Governor Peter M. Unabia to enter and sign a Deed of Donation for the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental and Board Resolution No. 03/02-011-(A-0M2) dated March 18, 2023 authorizing Chairman Robert M.
