Misamis Oriental Governor Juliette Uy recently highlighted the significance of a proposed Tissue Culture Laboratory in Sugbongcogon, Misamis Oriental. The project, presented by officials from the Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA), aims to boost the province’s agriculture, particularly in the abaca and silk industries.
