CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) is set to redefine the urban landscape of the city with their newest and one of its biggest projects in the ‘City of Golden Friendship.”
IDC’s Chairman and CEO, Arch. Romolo V. Nati reveals during the IDC’s Mid-year Thanksgiving Celebration at Mallberry Suites here on October 2, that IDC is set to start building Parco Italia, a mix-use residential and commercial developments, which will have a Gross Floor Area of 72,410 sqm and a Saleable Area of 44,106 sqm.
Arch Nati said Parco Italia will carry the Verona brand as a follow-up to their Verona Green Residences, the low-rise walk-up condo development located in Upper Balulang, this city.
The cluster of 4-storey walk-up apartment buildings with around 1,670 affordable units will be located in the vicinity of Purok 3, San Miguel in Gusa, just near the under construction CDO Eastern Interior Diversion Road (JR Borja Extension).
