To strengthen the data protection measures of educational institutions against the ever-increasing threat of cybercrime, Synetcom Philippines Inc. has just organized Cyberbayanihan 3.0 at Limketkai Lux Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City; this function saw the participation of twelve (12) universities and colleges in Mindanao, providing them with necessary tips regarding cybersecurity and data privacy concerns.
The event, which served as a beacon of knowledge in the realm of digital security, featured an array of topics essential for safeguarding sensitive information. Mr. Lyndon Villars, the Head Technical of Synetcom Philippines, shed light on Efficient IP Solution Overview. Additionally, Mr. Reggie Borja, the Regional Accounting Manager of Palo Alto Networks-PH, delved into the significance of Palo Alto Zero Trust for Network. Furthermore, Mr. Dennis Luyahan, the President/CEO of Synetcom Philippines Inc., elucidated on Synetcom STICCS Campus Integrated Solutions.
Speaking about the event, Mr. Luyahan emphasized its significance, stating, “This is totaly a knowledge para sa tanan, para makatabang sa ilaa na mahibalan nila kung unsa ang pag protecta sa atoang mga data kay its all about data privacy, kay mo mani ang mga hacker manguha ug mga details sa atoa.”
