GOOD PERFORMANCE. Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) President John Michael Seno has perfect attendance in session and has been very active in his legislative agenda at the Cagayan de Oro City Council. He makes it a point to be updated with all the issues at City Council and he always participates in the discussion of very important issues. Councilor Seno also implements a lot of projects in the barangays.
