WHEN it comes to food, you need not worry anymore when you are hosting a party. Serving since 2006, Ana’s Kitchen is here where you can select from a variety of sumptuous packages.
Ana’s Kitchen offers food trays served in aluminum trays, packed meals, rice toppings and full catering buffets.
Rice toppings trays are served at a minimum of 50 bowls per food of choice: beef (beef teriyaki, beef steak, beef tips with mushroom); pork (adobo, asado, humba, sisig, breaded pork chop, grilled pork chop, lumpia Shanghai, sweet and sour pork); and chicken (chicken fillet, chicken teriyaki).
Meanwhile, the following dishes are served at full trays and half tray. A full tray is good for 18 persons while a half tray is good for ten persons. And these are the dishes to select: beef (beef with broccoli, beef caldereta, beef steak, beef teriyaki, beef tips with mushroom sauce, beef kare-kare, beef salpicao); pork (barbecue, baked barbecue ribs, hamonada, lumpia Shanghai, special humba, sisig, breaded pork chop, sweet and sour pork, grilled pork chop); seafood (tuna fish fillet, fish steak, garlic buttered shrimps, sweet and sour fish); chicken (baked chicken, buttered chicken, chicken fillet, chicken lollipop, chicken teriyaki, chicken skillet in mushroom sauce, rosemary chicken, garlic parmesan fillet, chicken inasal); noodles (baked spaghetti, creamy shrimp peso, lasagna, pancit guisado, palabok, sotanghon, bam-i, pancit bihon); and vegetables (Caesar salad, baked scalloped potato, four seasons chopsuey, fried vegetable lumpia, potato salad, chicken potato salad.)
Then here’s the buffet menu with three sets to choose from. Set A consists of creamy shrimp pesto pasta, rosemary chicken, baked barbecue ribs, Caesar salad, rice, fruit salad and drinks. Set B consists of special sotanghon, buttered chicken, beef steak, four seasons vegetable, rice, buko pandan and drinks. Set C consists of lasagna, beef tips in mushroom sauce, chicken strips with gravy, fish fillet, potato salad, rice, fresh fruits and drinks. Utensils, water cooler, buffet table and waiters are included.
Ana’s Kitchen also has the option of a packed meals set. Set A consists of buttered chicken, beef steak, chopsuey, rice and drink. Set B consists of breaded pork chop, beef tips with mushroom sauce, pancit bihon, rice and drink. Set C consists of beef with broccoli, lumpia Shanghai, pancit guisado, rice and drink.
