Fraternal Order of Eagles pushes leadership training for newly elected officers
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — Northern Mindanao Region 19 of the Fraternal Order of Eagles conducted its Leadership Education and Development Seminar, LEADS, on October 18, 2026 at G Square Resto Bar, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro.
The seminar was led by *NMR 19 Governor Eagle Alene Valencia* and was attended by newly elected Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Regional Assemblymen from different clubs across the region.
Eagle Valencia emphasized that LEADS is a vital requirement to prepare officers to lead with integrity, competence, transparency, and accountability.
NOMELEC reminded all elected officers that the seminar covers the Fraternity’s principles, policies, constitution, and by-laws — essential knowledge for responsible and effective leadership.
“Let us embrace this as an opportunity to strengthen our leadership and preserve the unity and credibility of our organization,” organizers said.
The seminar ended with the Fraternity’s call: Service Through Strong Brotherhood. Together We Can.
