ILIGAN CITY — Borough LASIK Center officially opened its newest branch in Iligan City today, July 24, marking a major milestone in bringing advanced vision correction services closer to communities across Northern Mindanao.
According to Borough LASIK Center chief executive officer Dr. Ches Heredia, the new branch will serve as a satellite clinic and will cater only cataract screenings for patrons in this part of Northern Mindanao and all laser procedures will be done in nearby Cagayan de Oro City.
The CDO clinic is located at the second level of Ayala Malls Centrio while the latest branch is located at Iligan Polymedic in barangay Tibanga along the national highway.
“We are doing this because we are the ones going to the patient,” Heredia said.
With this opening, residents of Iligan, Cagayan de Oro, Marawi, and nearby areas will have easier access to LASIK without needing to travel far.
Borough LASIK Center – Iligan is now accepting consultations and eye assessments for the following: comprehensive eye screening and consultation, post-operative care, follow-up by licensed ophthalmologists and patient education on maintaining eye health.
