CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, 22 July 2026 – The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office X (PSA RSSO X) joined the launch of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport (UPLIFT) Program Payout on 20 July 2026, providing National ID registration and related services to beneficiaries in Northern Mindanao.

The simultaneous launch of the UPLIFT Program Payout in Region X was held at four designated venues: Maramag Gymnasium in Maramag, Bukidnon; Tubod Gymnasium in Tubod, Lanao del Norte; SM City Uptown in Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental; and Barangay 26 Barangay Hall in Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental. The launching activities targeted a total of 5,846 beneficiaries across the four sites.

As one of the participating government agencies, PSA RSSO X deployed National ID registration teams to the launch venues to facilitate the registration of unregistered beneficiaries and provide other National ID services. The initiative aims to ensure that beneficiaries who have yet to obtain a National ID can conveniently access the government’s foundational identification system while availing of the UPLIFT Program Payout.

The UPLIFT Program Payout is a nationwide initiative of the DSWD that seeks to provide timely financial assistance to qualified beneficiaries while strengthening access to government programs and services. In Region X, payout activities are scheduled to continue from 20 to 25 July 2026 in various designated payout sites.

Through its participation, PSA RSSO X reaffirms its commitment to making National ID services more accessible by bringing registration and related services directly to communities through inter-agency collaboration. The agency continues to support whole-of-government initiatives that promote inclusive, efficient, and citizen-centered public service delivery.
