SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — Bachelor Express Incorporated – Butuan Branch has reverted to its previous fare rates after the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) suspended the provisional fare increases set to take effect on March 14, 2026.
The suspension follows a directive from President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on March 18, 2026, due to the ongoing global situation.
In an official announcement made on March 19, 2026, Bachelor Express confirmed that the previous fare rates will remain in effect until further notice, with no fare increases implemented. The revised fare schedule, briefly introduced between March 14 and March 18, 2026, has now been suspended.
The company thanked passengers for their patience during this transition and reminded them to continue paying their monthly obligations and refrain from unauthorized installations or tampering with equipment. Bachelor Express reaffirmed its commitment to providing safe, reliable, and comfortable travel.
