In a heartwarming collaboration, the 29th Infantry ‘Matatag’ Battalion, in partnership with The GMA Kapuso Foundation and DepEd Agusan Del Norte participated in the launching of the ‘Unang Hakbang sa Kinabukasan Project’ in Kitcharao and Cabadbaran City, today October 12, 2023. Witnessing the smiles on the faces of the children of our friend’s rescued as they received school bags filled with supplies, alcohol, and medicines was a poignant reminder of the transformative power of community support.
This project not only provides essential resources but also instills a sense of belonging and hope in the hearts of these young learners.
