The wife of former City Councilor Alvin Calingin, Rossana throws her hat in local politics with full confidence. Rossana believes she can do something bold and lasting as City Councilor for the first district of Cagayan de Oro City.

I am running for City Councilor because I want to be the voice of women, out of school youth and senior citizens at the City Council, to fight for their rights, and to create an environment where we can all live and thrive peacefully and productively.
