Back in December 7, 2015, we debuted at the Philippines Stock Exchange (PSE), opening a door to unparalleled opportunities for Italpinas Development Corporation as a green real estate developer focusing on the hyper-prospective secondary and tertiary cities in the Philippines. Our shares jumped
It was a bliss to see the vision bloom. Our maiden project originated in Northern Mindanao, the Primavera Residences. It was inspired by the Filipino hut called “bahay kubo”.
Following this, we broke ground for the Miramonti Green Residences, a 2-phase master-planned development just out the southern periphery of Metro Manila. The name itself, “Miramonti,” an Italian word meaning “mountain views,” encapsulates the essence of the project’s design and inspiration.
In after a few years, we launched the Primavera City, a bigger, master-planned development. This latest development employs bioclimatic features that maximize natural lighting and natural ventilation all throughout its 4 towers namely Città Verde, Città Bella, Città Grande, and Città Alta.
Recently, we launched our first green and economic development, the Verona Green Residences in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. This development is the outcome of sustainability and affordability made possible.
To date, all our developments received local and global recognitions including the Asia Pacific Property Awards, Pinnacle Awards, and Lamudi’s The Outlook Awards. All the projects’ notable energy savings, water savings, and energy-embedded materials savings were certified by the EDGE Certification making IDC as one of the few EDGE Champions worldwide.
Our mission extends far beyond our individual projects. With a profound sense of responsibility, IDC is committed to bringing green developments to emerging cities, addressing the challenges of rapid urbanization in the Philippines. In 2021, more than half of the world population lives in cities. This accounts to 57% of humanity living only in about 2% of the world’s habitable land. This leads to significant problems such as overcrowding, traffic, and pollution. Overcrowding, traffic congestion, and pollution have become pressing issues that require sustainable solutions.
We’ve come a long, long way in this vision and we are not stopping. Always moving forward, we keep on innovating and advancing in setting the standard in green and sustainable real estate development.
