Suzuki Auto Matina Showroom Opens

MATINA, Davao City – Suzuki Auto Matina, one of the biggest showrooms in Davao, is now open to serve its valued clients in the city.

The grand opening report, which was furnished to MDNN, said the opening on September 2, was filled with bands, dancers, singers and a lot of guests.

The opening, it was learned, signaled the continuing partnership between Suzuki Philippines and Autocentral Group, in their mission to serve the people with products of innovative vehicles.

The momentous event was attended by VIPs from Japan and from this country. They were Mr. Norihide Takei, General Manager Suzuki Philippines; Mr. Brian Chua, President, Autocentral; Mr. Kennendy Adia, Product Development Head Suzuki Philippines; Mr. Jude Racadio, Suzuki Philippines Auto Sales Manager; Madam Julia Chua, mother of Mr. Brian Chua and the spouse of the late chairman; Mr. Antonio Chua Jan Sing, Mr. Vicente Sy, father of Ms. Debbie Chua, Managing Director and the honorable guest speaker from the City Government of Davao, First District Councilor, Dr. Bernie Al-ag.

Among the remarkable moments was the playing of a showcase video which had a virtual tour of the showroom and service facilities of Suzuki Auto Matina.

A dealership certificate award was also handed over from Mr. Takei to Mr. B. Chua to signify the official opening of Suzuki Auto Matina to operate.

A special token was handed to Mr. N.Takei symbolizing Davao’s rich cultural heritage. Moving speeches from Dr. B.Al-ag, Mr. N.Takei and Mr. B. Chua made the ceremony wonderful, with a touch of camaraderie and gratitude. Ms. D. Chua, initiated the ceremonial Wine Toast. A good tasting red wine was served generously to all guests.

Ms. Ode Gan, SPH Director and General Director for Automobile Division and Mr. Geoffrey Ponce have been called on stage too for this momentous milestone. The dance and music rendition of a variety of artists entertained guests during a hearty dinner buffet!

There was also a generous give aways from Suzuki Philippines after a one-on-one interview with Mr. B.Chua, Mr. N. Takei and Mr. K. Adia.

The speech of Mr. B. Chua, who dedicated this event to his father who passed away, got some audience teary-eyed.

Mr. Chito Samontina emceed the event with his ecstatic voice and homey stature, making the audience stay still until the last bit of the program.
