The suspect arrested by Carmen police was identified as Jay Lagremas (in yellow), who introduced himself to his victims as a DSWD employee and ask money from residents so they could be enrolled in DSWD programs such as 4Ps. At left is Lt. Col. Surki Sereñas, COCPO DCDO, and Maj. Mario Mantala, Police Station 4 commander. Suspect was presented to media during presscon last July 20, 2022.
