Troops of the Joint Task Force Central facilitated the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment to the different hospitals in Central Mindanao on March 26, 2020.
The PPE packages were donated by TOWNS Foundation. Among the hospitals that received PPE packages were: Cotabato Regional Medical Center, BARMM-Cotabato City; Cotabato Sanitarium, Sultan Kudarat (SK); Anecito T. Pisante Sr. Memorial Hospital, Midsayap, North Cotabato; Evangelista Medical Clinic and Hospital, Lambayong, SK; and City Health Office, Koronadal City.
Each PPE package includes 100 pcs. dust masks/surgical masks, 100 pcs. N95 masks, 200 pairs disposable gloves, 100 pcs. goggles/eye shields, 100 pcs. face shields, 100 pcs. raincoats or hospital gowns, and 2 bottles of alcohol (500ml).
The PPEs will be distributed to all medical personnel/frontliners who are manning the different hospitals and medical facilities in the area.
