Smart condo offers ‘Valentines promo’

The promo named “All you need is Love” or “All you need is Pag-IBIG” was attended by almost a hundred licensed agents and brokers.
During the launching, Ms. Alymore Camacho-Atienza of Pag-IBIG delivered details on how to avail of the Smart Condominium units through Pag-IBIG
Ms Atienza said that Smart Condominium is one of the first condominium projects accredited and approved by Pag-IBIG because of its full compliance with Pag-IBIG requirements including the availability of individualized Condominium Certificate of Titles. She also said that the selling price of Smart Condominium matches with the appraisal value of Pag-IBIG making it very affordable.
The audience was very impressed with the high standard of construction and amazed at the advance high technology used by Smart Condominium using imported gadgets from Korea. After the launching all brokers and guests were treated to lunch from 678 CHICKEN located in Grand Central hotel this city. This was followed by raffles and open forum.
BPI was also represented at the event by Mr. Mark Vincent Sumido, who said that sometime within February BPI accreditation of Smart Condominium will be approved also.
Smart Condominium has OPEN HOUSE Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 in the afternoon. It is located across the main gate of Xavier Estates. Smart Condominium also has a model unit open for viewing daily at SM Mall.
