THE VERY ACTIVE and energetic congressman of the 2nd District, Rep. Rufus Rodriguez, would not earn the monicker as “Mr Performance for nothing.
Eversince he became the city’s representative in the Lower House many years ago, Rufus has always been very active in road concreting and other projects in the second district. So, right now even the remotest interior roads in the barangays in District 2 are concreted.
This is the kind of a leader that every ‘Kagay-anon’ should be proud of. The real “man of the masses” as all his life is focused in the development of the city’s barangays, education, health care, and many more.
Cong Rufus’s whole life is all service to the people of the city. He always wanted to make Kagay-anons enjoy government services because these are always instilled into his brilliant mind as a truly dedicated public servant.
Just recently, the good congressman has also lined up a lot of project especially in the health care category.
“Gikinahanglan na ug renovation ang health centers sa ciudad aron mas presentable ug makompleto ang pasilidad ug ekipo niini. Kini aron sab mas daghan sa atong kaigsuonan ang mahatagan sa serbisyo sa atong mga nurses, doctors, BHWs ug BNS,”Rogriguez claimed.
As part of the health, education, employment and development (HEED) project of Cong Rufus Rodriguez, the following are the current projects, with a total budget appropriation of P1 Million each, to wit:
