CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – District Governor Elect Gilda “Gigi” Go has appointed a construction businesswoman as Rotary Fundraising co-chair for District 3870 for RY 2023-2024.
Fundraising is very important in Rotary. When people give to The Rotary Foundation, they help advance communities, improve health, and promote peace. Their support is essential to make grant-funded humanitarian projects, scholarships, and activities, such as vocational training teams possible.
The contributions generous people make to The Rotary Foundation make possible a variety of grants to help fund local and international projects and activities.
“I have appointed Rtn ARISSA ARELLANO-NAVARRO as FUNDRAISING CO-CHAIR for Rotary year 2023-2024. She will be working side by side with PP Magdalena “Mags” Cue, the District Fundraising Chair, coordinate the district’s fundraising goals for the Annual Fund, PolioPlus Fund, and Rotary’s Endowment, soliciting gifts and educating Rotarians about their gift options,” DGE Go explained.
RTN ARISSA is the Proprietor and Manager of 4K & A Builders and Construction Supply, Manager – Pyramid Consolidated Builders Incorporated, and Proprietor of Skin Rev Aesthetic Clinic.
She is a member of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Pro Premier. ###
