CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – District Governor-elect Gilda “Gigi” Go has chosen OPHELIA DELA CERNA as one of the assistant governors in Rotary District 3870 for RY 2023-2024.
AG Ophelia is the Senior Vice President – Housing Operations at Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund). Prior to this post she was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund).
AG Ophelia served as President of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro East Urban for Rotary Year 2006 – 2007.
She has a Graduate Diploma in Development Administration, Public Administration from the Australian National University.

DUTIES OF AN AG
