Cagayan de Oro,January 23(PNA)-“Its a dream come true ” said an Opol town residence in an interview with BusinessWeek Mindanao. Rita Maestrado said that it’s been a long time dream for the residence of her town of a potable water until Monday when the Local Government Unit of Opol signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for a Bulk Water Supply contracted by South Balibago Resources Incorporated(SBRI).The agreement contract was formally signed by Mayor Jay Francis Bago,Vice Mayor Vox Daroy and SBRI President Cristina Isabelle Alejandro.
According to the agreement that SBRI will provide a level III water supply to 14 villages of the town.Opol town is the first municipality in the western part of Misamis Oriental province,less than an hour ride from this city proper.
