MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) posted on their website the result of the October 2022 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
Based on the PRC post on Friday, there were 49,783 elementary teachers and 71,080 secondary teachers passed the October 2022 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET).
The PRC in a statement on their website said that 54.43 percent is the passing rate for elementary teachers and 50.94 percent for secondary school teachers who took the board exam in October, this year.
“It is further announced that of the 49,783 elementary teacher passers, 29,183 are first timers and 20,600 are repeaters. For the secondary teachers, 50,549 passers are first timers and 20,531 are repeaters,” the PRC said in a statement.
Based on the data posted, there were 139,534 examinees for the secondary level and 91,468 examinees for the elementary level
The Board for Professional Teachers is composed of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, Members.
