Senator Manny Pacquiao has declared a total net worth of P3.2 billion in his Statement of Assets and Liabilities, better known as SALN.
This, after the Senate, published a summary of all the 24 senators’ SALN. The senate said the senator’s SALN recorded P3,172,524,957.50.
The fighting senator is the second richest politician in the country, away only of a little margin against Senator Cynthia Villar SALN of P3,875,696,435
Based on the Senate record, the boxer has a very stable income despite many challenges brought about by the pandemic. In fact, during the pandemic, or roughly two years, the People’s Champ still manages an increase of P14.6 million.
In 2019, the boxer-turned senator was one of the highest-paid athletes in the world according to Forbes. Forbes reported that Senator Manny Pacquiao has earned a whopping $435 million, or around P21 billion.
Forbes’ Kurt Badenhausen revealed, “Pacquiao’s 25 pay-per-view fights have generated 20 million buys and an estimated $1.3 billion in revenue.”
According to Forbes, the fighting pride of the Philippines has an estimated net worth of roughly $26 million as of November 2019, or approximately 1.456 billion from boxing purses, while the Pacman also earned from different endorsements and TV commercials.
