The contents of the controversial food packs from the Department of Social Welfare and (DSWD), which was turned over to the City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) in Cagayan De Oro City. Each food pack consists of six-kilo rice, 10- sachet of Energen, 10 assorted canned goods consisting of Tuna flakes, cheap sardines and cheap 150 grams corned beef. Truckloads of the food packs, estimated to are kept at the covered court of the City South Central School until village chief Janjan Rodriguez, of Nazareth stumbles the hoard and exposes the find to the local media. Teddy Sabugaa, the acting city administrator and acting CSWD head, explained that the food packs are intended for employees of the affected business establishments in the city.
