MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM (MSUs) alumni LET landed in the top 5,8 & 9 tie posts and produces 739 passers in the elementary level and 2,446 passers for seconday level recently concluded Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) October 2022 given by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC), Top Officials said.
According to Dr Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman of the Board of Professional Teachers Sheila Cardano Butoron landed 5th place with 93.60% passing rate in the elementary level from the Mindanao State University System in main camopus, while Albie Jane Corporal Catoto harvested 8th place 92,80% passing rate secondary level from the Mindanao State University System-Iligan Institutde of Technology(MSUs-IIT)’.
In Nindanao State University System-General Santos, two alumni Errah Mae Evangelista Plano and Zerimar Reyes Ramirez both landed 9th place with 92.60 in scondary level Licensure Examination for Teachers.
The breakdown passers by campuses during the October 2022 LET board exams is summarize as follows, in elementary level; Lanao National College of Arts and Trades 25 passers, 76.00% passing rate MSU-Maguindanao 46, 38.98% passing rate, MSU-Maigo 26 passers 100% passing rate, MSU-Buug 7 passers 70.00% passing rate, MSU-General Santos, 71 passers 65.74 passing rate, MSU-IIT 85 passers 85.00% passing rate, MSU-Marawi 86 passers 59.31% passing rate, MSU-Naawan 22 passers 62.86% passin rate, MSU-Jolo 152 passers 26.30% passing rate MSU Tawi-Tawi 96 passers 44.86% passing rate and LNAC 16 passers 44.44% passing rate.
For the LET secondary level, LNCAT 18 passers 14.17% passing rate, MSU-Maigo 26 passers 52.00% passing rate, MSU-Buug 65 passers 54.17% passing rate, MSU-Gen-San 351 passers 71.78% passing rate, MSU-IIT 455 passers 73.15% passing rate, MSU-Maguindanao 144 passers 30.25% passing rated, MSU-Marawi 830 48.17% passing rate, MSU-Naawan 80 passers 58.82% passing rate, MSU-Jolo 35 passers 18.04% passing rate, MSU Tawi-Tawi 82 passers 32.16% passing rate and LNAC 9 passers 32.16%.
Navarro also said in October 2022 LET, 49,783 out of 91, 466 examinees passed (54.43% elementary level and 71,080 out of 139,534 exaninees (50.94%) Secondary level passed.
Navarro further announce that 49,783 elementary teachers passers 29,183 are first timers. For secondary teachers 50, 549 passers are first timers and 20,531 are repeaters
