MSAB was further approved at the 31st Quarterly Meeting, 37IB Institutionalized

Camp Siongco, Awang, DOS, Maguindanao – The Camp Multi Sector Advisory Board or MSAB was further strengthened during the 31st Quarterly Meeting held at the Headquarters of the 6th Infantry Division on the first day of September this year.

The said meeting has the theme “Sustaining Transformation Beyond Challenging Situation”.

Along with the members of the MSAB led by Dra. Susana Salvador Anayatin is now the Chairperson and Major General Roy Galido is the Commander of the Joint Task Force Central and 6ID.

The MSAB discussed updates on Normalization and Decommissioning and the duties of the Ministry of Public Order and Security and its strong relationship with the 6ID were on the agenda.

The MSAB regularly conducts quarterly meetings and provides guidance to the 6ID to achieve the Army Transformation Roadmap.

Meanwhile, the 37th Infantry Battalion, 6ID achieved its Institutionalized Status in the Army Governance Pathway (AGP) Gold Trailblazer Award that was awarded on the first day of September this year.

MGen Galido awarded the plaque of recognition to 37IB which was accepted by Lt. Col. John Paul Baldomar, Battalion Commander whose final AGP rating was 98.18%.

37IB has demonstrated genuine transformation and reform as evidenced by its exemplary development in governance and strategy management.

The AGP aims to help institutionalize the Performance Governance System to ensure that the Army Transformation Roadmap (ATR), an army transformation strategy and program that promotes a culture of performance-based good governance is truly achieved.

It consists of four stages, Initiated Stage, Compliant Stage, Proficient Stage and Institutionalized Stage.
