MISAMIS ORIENTAL – Miss Zhydelle Anor G. Langala from El Salvador City is this year’s Miss Kuyamis grand winner!
Aside from her crown as Miss Kuyamis 2023, Langala also took home other minor and major awards, including “Best in Kuyamis-inspired Cocktail Attire, Miss MADC Dental Clinic, Miss Amaya View, and Miss Photogenic.”
Other winners are: Mary Love Lopez of Talisayan – 1st Runner Up -Kriztine Claire O. De Guzman of Opol – 2nd Runner up -Eri Rose R. Ong of Naawan – 3rd Runner Up -Shenalyn A. Lauron of Gingoog City – 4th Runner up
During her speech, the beautiful and dazzling lass said: “I can show that there is PAGLAUM in tourism because we faced a lot of difficulties and challenges, such as the pandemic. A lot of things have changed, but there is always a silver lining. Despite the darkness, there is beauty, there is light, and there is love, and I believe that there is no pandemic or any other new challenges that we cannot overcome because, as one Misamison, we are the paglaum of Misamis Oriental.”
Twenty-one beauties representing the province’s towns and cities competed in this prestigious beauty and brain contest, founded by former Governor and now Congressman Yevgeny “Bambi” Emano.
