Milk feeding program in Misor intensified as Gov Unabia signs Memorandum of Understanding anew

MILK FEEDING PROGRAM. Governor Peter M. Unabia and Board Members Gerardo “Boboy” Sabal III, Dexter Yasay, Wayne Militante, Fredrick Khu, Syrame Emano during the Ceremonial Signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on the 13-cycle implementation of the milk feeding program in the province. The milk feeding program is one of the component programs under the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) of the Ramel F. Jamen, Regional Director, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). The allocation of the milk feeding program for 13-cycle implementation in the province is around 35,942,400 pesos and will be implemented directly in the Local Government Units, specifically those belonging to 4th to 6th class municipalities or those with a high prevalence of cases of malnutrition. The target beneficiaries are 15,360 children aged 2-5 years old enrolled in Child Development Centers and Supervised Neighborhood Play.
