CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board regional office 10 (LTFRB-10) and the Northern Mindanao Region One (NMR-1) of the Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagle, Inc conducted a bloodletting activity and circumcision (tuli) on June 8, 2024, at the Bulua Elementary School, Barangay Bulua, this city.
Regional Director Abosamen H. Matuan said in its communication that the community outreach program has been a long time commitment of the government agency which benefits the children of the drivers and all other participating groups.
The said government agency is also committed to the healthcare program of the national leadership, thus conducting a bloodletting activity is also a great help for everyone who needs blood in times of crisis situations.
The collaboration efforts of both the Eagle’s Club and LTFRB-10 has been a worthwhile undertaking, purposely to foster a sense of responsibility amongst the workforce in government. (JEscol)
