GINGOOG CITY, Misamis Oriental (PIA)–The Local Government of Gingoog City, led by Gingoog City Mayor Erick Cañosa, brought its services closer to the people as it conducted the ‘Halad Pangalagad’ in Barangays Lunotan and Minsapinit.

A total of 1,400 residents had availed themselves of the free services of the city government, such as medical check-ups, dental services, haircuts, shoe and umbrella repairs, blood typing, COVID-19 vaccination, and circumcision. In addition to the services, the LGU distributed seedlings, fertilizers, vitamins, medicines, and eyeglasses.

Cañosa conducted a dialogue with the various leaders, tribal leaders, and Civoleg Integrated School teachers to discuss their respective issues and concerns for the city government to address.

The barangay chairpersons of Lunotan and Minsapinit were thankful for the initiative of the LGU, which gave their constituents an opportunity to avail of the services directly within their barangay.
