A Cagayan de Oro-based chef won gold medal in the Asamblea Culinary Classics held last Sunday, May 22 in Dumaguete City.
Jash Prado competed in the culinary competition organized by the World Association of Master Chefs – Philippine chapter.
The competition was a three-day culinary event open for both students, instructors and professionals. Side by side with the competition, seminars and cooking demonstrations were conducted on modern culinary techniques, authentic Italian cuisine as well as handling various food businesses.
Those who joined belonged to various hotels, restaurants and resorts all over the Philippines. MARK FRANCISCO
