JCI Macajalar 24K, JCI Iligan launch drive against extremism

JCI Macajalar 24K and JCI Iligan launched on February 28 in Cagayan de Oro City a campaign against violent extremism dubbed as Rise through Peace. Attended no less by JCI Philippines president Rix Rafols, the campaign will be brought to school campuses in Cagayan de Oro and Iligan at later dates. The approach utilizes social cohesion and resiliency in preventing recruitment to violent extremist groups.
