FRANCIS PATINDOL CASE: Police release cartographic sketch of radioman’s attacker

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – The police have just released the cartographic sketch of the suspect who attacked and stabbed to death a radio commentator of dxJM Butuan City.

Based on the initial profiling and investigation of the police, the attacker of Patindol was a drunk trisicad barker and dispatcher. The police did not  yet release the full name of the suspect at press time as it might jeopardize their follow up operations.

But MDN digital has identified the suspect's identity from some media friends as a certain Ulating Macarampat Barapangcat aka Ola Saransamen. The suspect immediately fled from the crime scene and eluded arrest from responding police operatives.

The suspect, according to initial investigations of police probers of Butuan City, was a public utility jeepney (PUJ) dispatcher and barker and he was known in the place where he is usually barking for passengers.

Meanwhile, Caraga Police Regional Director BGen Gilbert DC Cruz immediately orderd the Butuan Police Office to conduct massive manhunt operations and arrest the culprit as soon as possible.

Francis Patindol was a radio anchor of dxJM. He died at the MJ Santos Hospital in Butuan City due to a fatal stab wound in his left chest.

Police probers are still 'facing a blank wall' as to the  motive of killing the radio broadcaster.

Patindol's remains is now transferred to his immediate relatives in Cagayan de Oro with the efforts of his journalist-friend Ercel Maandig, who also sought the help of incumbent representative of the city's 2nd district Maximo Rodriguez.
