Flash flood hits Cagayan de Oro villages

A flash flood strikes in Bugo, the last village east of Cagayan de Oro City, as the Alae River overflow due to heavy rainfalls about 3 PM Sunday, Oct. 16 , 2022. No one is hurt, but cars are seen submerged in the city’s major thoroughfares while some houses are also carried by the sudden flood.
