CAGAYAN de Oro City–Former Provincial Board Member of Misamis Oriental and Past Regional Governor of Northern Mindanao Region 1 Engr. Jimmy Caiña Sr. yesterday said he will run as National President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) in an election scheduled on Saturday (March 20, 2021).
Engr. Caiña said the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Northern Mindanao Region IV will hold also conduct its 41st National Assembly and 39th National Congress on Saturday.
Aside from his being a former member of the provincial board, Engr. Caiña is also the concurrent Governor of the Fraternal Order of Eagles-Northern Mindanao Region 1.
Engr. Caiña said that that there are at least four of his “Kuyas” are seeking for the presidency this year.
He said he is confident that his other “Kuyas” will help him in his endeavor banking on one of his camign slogans: “Full time servant with ideas to unify and educate consensus building leadersip.”
