ECOVERDE Homes Corporation signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with their top two brokers Leuterio Realty and Brokerage and Golden Nest Realty for the selling of the soon to open project Ecoverde Sierra Indahag Phase 2 in a ceremony held Monday (March 12) at Seda Centrio in Cagayan de Oro City.
Ecoverde Sierra Indahag Phase 2 is 22,538 square meters wide consisting of approximately 234 units and is located at barangay Sitio Bato, Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City. It is located beside Ecoverde Sierra Indahag Phase 1. Phase 2 is a BP220 housing development consisting of three house model types: duplex, town house and row house.
Leuterio and Golden Nest were very instrumental for the success of Ecoverde’s first project in Cagayan de Oro City. The two realty companies were able to sell out the project within a year. Ecoverde recognizes the efforts of Leuterio and Golden Nest by awarding them a certificate of recognition for the efforts in selling Ecoverde Sierra Indahag Phase 1.
Ecoverde was formed to answer the emerging need for housing for the middle income Filipino family. Its main thrust is to provide earth-friendly and high quality housing projects for the modern Filipino family. As of today, it has main six projects – three in Batangas and three in Cagayan de Oro City including the new soon to open Ecoverde Sierra Indahag Phase 2. Four of these projects have already been completed and delivered to its owners.
