OROQUIETA CITY, Misamis Occidental, Aug. 25 (PIA)–In a turnover ceremony held, August 12, outgoing District Engineer Omar P. Diron handed over the key of responsibility to the new Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the District Engineer, Ana Lee M. Manzano.
The ceremonial turnover was officiated by Assistant Regional Director Rey Peter B. Gille.
“I appreciate the full support and cooperation of all the employees in this Office during my term. Thank you for giving me a memorable time,” Diron said.
Diron managed Misamis Occidental 1st District Engineering Office (DEO) in Oroquieta City for seven years.
Meanwhile, Manzano, who was previously assigned as Assistant District Engineer at Bukidnon 3rd DEO in Dicklum, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, garnered kind words from Gille, “Your new OIC-District Engineer is a result-oriented, workaholic and kind-hearted manager. The hard work of DE Diron in maintaining this office is now in the good hands of OIC-DE Manzano.”
For her part, Manzano said she is looking forward to doing the best that she can to achieve the office’s targets. (DPWH/PIA 10)
