Tagoloan River Basin Management Council (TRBMC) Chairperson, Most Reverend Noel P. Pedregosa (left) Bishop, Diocese of Malaybalay welcomes the members of the TRBMC from various sectors for the positive response during the Memorandum of Agreement signing cum Capacity Development on July 28, 2022 in Cagayan de Oro City.
Bishop Pedregosa lauded signatories as well as representatives that their commitment to the MOA is very significant to the TRBMC. He elaborated that the council is very necessary, timely and purposeful considering climate change impacts, economic inflation, and various form of threats to the social welfare.
Signatories present during the MOA include the National Government Agencies, the Local Government units, Non-Government Organizations, religious groups, security groups; Civil Society Organizations (academe); business sectors; and People’s Organization/Indigenous People’s Organizations.
