The team has started its validation of the Rice Competitive Enhancement Fund (RCEF) recipients of 18 towns in the province.
DA-PhilMech is allocated Php3-billion for the mechanization component of the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Program, which provides farm machineries and equipment to qualified rice farmers organizations.
