CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – A policeman’s wife and another uniformed personnel were arrested Sunday by police operatives of the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO-CMFC) for alleged adultery charges, police authorities reported.

Investigation continued that the police operatives arrived a few minutes after and immediately they swooped down at the rented apartment and saw his wife with another man inside the bedroom with improper clothings – and immediately arrested the suspects for violations of Article 333 of the Revised Penal Code otherwise known as adultery .

Operatives also recovered during the raid 1 unit of Caliber 9mm Service Firearm, SL AFP005819, Glock brand, four (4) Magazines loaded with 50 live ammos, 1 unit Samsung A12, 1 unit Samsung Keypad, and 1 unit Huawei P20 mobile phone.
