Suspect together with the confiscated evidence was brought to PCLO-LDSPPO for Laboratory & Drug Examinations, Amai Pakpak Medical Center for Physical Exam and appropriate charges was being served.

During the entrapment operation using marked money Moamar Macarampat was trapped of selling of 1 pc small heated-plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be "shabu" suspect noticed that his buyer was a police officer he suddenly drew a 45 caliber to police officer while running away at the back of his house he didn't noticed that he was surrounded by the operatives he fired the operatives to defend himself resulted to suspect's death. Also, 3 other suspects were caught on the act while having their pot sessions were Ricky Macasasa,35(helper) from Brgy.Gadungan Marawi City, Samsodin Pundaodaya y Liwalug ,62 (Carpenter) from Brgy.Polo Ditsa-Ramain and Sultan Macacuna y Koyogan 42, (jobless) Brgy.Barimbingan Ditsa-Ramain; also drug paraphernalias were confiscated during the operation
