The comprehensive survey, which aimed to gauge the effectiveness of public officials in district representation, legislative contributions, and quality of constituent service, highlighted the outstanding achievements of Congressman Oaminal. Notably, Christian Unabia of Misamis Oriental and Celso Regencia of Iligan City obtained notable ratings of 86.6% and 85.9% respectively, effectively tying them for the second position.

Dr. Paul Martinez, the driving force behind the survey, emphasized the multi-dimensional nature of the assessment, encompassing factors such as effectiveness, legislative contributions, and the quality of constituent services provided. This comprehensive approach provided a robust framework for evaluating the intricate responsibilities that public officials shoulder.

In commendation of the exceptional achievements of Northern Mindanao’s District Representatives, Dr. Martinez underscored the tangible benefits these high survey ratings signify for constituents. The success achieved in key areas underscores the dedication and competence of these public officials in addressing the needs and concerns of the people within their respective districts.
