DRINKING coffee reduces the risk of death from heart disease, diabetes or cancer, according to a certified medical research conducted recently.
Added to that, it may extend life expectancy 10 times or more.
A series of medical studies show that people who drink two to four cups of coffee a day had lower risk of death compared with those who didn’t drink coffee at all.
It was found out that drinking more cups of coffee every day reduces the chances of death from heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, and cancer.
The second study also revealed that those who drank more coffee had less chance to die early compared to those non-drinkers.
It was noted as well that both studies found similar results for people who drank decaffeinated coffee.
Drinking a cup or two of coffee a day can be good if you are trying to lose weight and belly fat.
Drinking coffee helps in losing weight and increases energy expenditure.
A cup of coffee (containing 100 mg of caffeine) helps increase metabolism in humans as well.
One significant study shows that healthy young men who consume caffeine helps increase the breakdown of fats in their bodies.
There is also a valid evidence that drinking 2 or 3 cups of coffee a day can help manage weight loss better compared to those non-drinkers.(ruffy44_ph2000@yahoo.com
