"We have now a person of interest but we cannot identify the identity yet because the police are still investigating the case," Sabuga-a said.

He said RTA would continue what they have started and no amount of threats can stop them from doing their duties and functions especially on the recent clearing operations and disallowing of tricabs, pedicabs and tricycles plying the national highways.

Major Ivan Viñas, Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (Cocpo) spokesperson said they are now carefully reviewing te CCTV footages to positively identify the suspect on the killing of traffic enforcer, Mark Langam.

Meanwhile, the City Administrator also announced in last Monday's flag raising ceremony that a cash reward of P500K is up for grabs for anybody who can provide information on the identity of the suspect.
