Businessman Nelson Sarapuddin Wins Fraternal Order of Eagles National Presidency

MINDANAO’S PRIDE

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Mindanao’s pride Eagle Nelson Alonto Sarapuddin won the presidency from the recently concluded National Assembly of this premier league of Filipino businessmen and professionals, the Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) at the Grand Caprice Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro City, March 20, 2021.

Sarapuddin bested other candidates: Eagle Jimmy Caiña, a well-known politician in Misamis Oriental and owner of several businesses in the city; and another businessman Dexter Espiga Agustin.

In his speech, Businessman and Eagle Nelson Sarapuddin, thanked all supporters who have entrusted to him the responsibility of representing the national leadership.

Sarapuddin said he will do his best to make the supporters proud and to gladly continue the worthwhile activities and socio-civic projects which are among the mission and goals of the brotherhood. 

Also, Former movie actor and former governor of Laguna Province, E.R. Ejercito took his oath as national appointee of The Fraternal Order of Eagles before NP Nelson Alonto-Sarapuddin during the Eagles’ night.

NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

Aside from the ROSEI Summit which is a regular activity of the Fraternal Order of Eagles all over the country, the two-day event also comprised of PENACLE meeting, regional governor’s night, and elections of the national president at Grand Caprice Restaurant and Hotel. (first day)

The 2nd day included the national assembly and national congress, as well as the Philippine Eagles’ night held at the Atrium, Limketkai Mall, the biggest mall in Mindanao.

The incumbent president of this premier civic organization in the country, Eagle Conrado Cedeño and Eagle Governor Virgilio Candia, Jr, were the national congress chairmen in this year’s national convention attended by an estimated 2,000 member Eagles and top dignitaries of the organization from all over the country.
