CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY (PIA)–The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) is set to hold the Cagayan de Oro leg of its Economic and Financial Learning Program (EFLP) on September 27-28, 2023.
The two-day activity includes a series of learning sessions to promote greater public awareness and understanding of key economic and financial issues.
“We will be having an Economic and Financial Learning Program next week. This will be conducted by the BSP Economic and Financial Learning Office in Manila,” shared Divina Salve Labitad, officer-in-charge of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas- CDO Branch during the 3rd quarter meeting of the Regional Statistics Committee-X.
The learning program will include lessons on financial planning, savings and investment management, digital financial literacy, and consumer protection.
Labitad said the learning sessions will be held in a hybrid manner, thus, she recommended those interested to visit the BSP website and social media account for the registration and session link. (APB/PIA-10)
