Bernasor Lauds Success of First ROSEI National Convention In Oro

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – PEIL Executive Director Engr Ferdie Bernasor lauded the success of the first Regional Orientation Seminar Institute (ROSEI)
National Convention held at Golden Stallion Suites, this city, on March 20, 2021. 

There were around 50 dignitaries present during the summit including PEIL directors for 2020-2022: Kuys Cesar Y. Yamuta, Leody C. Armada, Dexter E. Agustin, Rufus Caesar C. Moneva, Christian Miquiabas, and John Rey A. Tomines.

PEIL stands for Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership. It is considered as the Fraternal Order of Eagle’s educational arm and it will be responsible for holding educational seminars and continuing education for all its members in Mindanao and elsewhere in the country. 

The holding of the summit also coincided with the organization’s 2-day National Convention also held in two venues in Cagayan de Oro – Grand Caprice Hotel and Restaurant on the first day and Limketkai Atrium on the 2nd day. 

The 2-day national convention comprised of PENACLE meeting, regional governor’s night at Grand Caprice Restaurant and Hotel on the first day.

The 2nd day included the national assembly and national congress, as well as the Philippine Eagles’ night held at the Atrium, Limketkai Mall, the biggest mall in Mindanao.

The national conference was participated in by thousand member-eagles of the Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) all over the country.

The incumbent president of this premier civic organization in the country, Eagle Conrado Cedeño and Eagle Governor Virgilio Candia, Jr, were the national congress chairmen in this year’s national convention.
