Cagayan de Oro — Erwin Culanag’s Alliance of Certified Enforcers (ACE) has added color to the just concluded Higalaay Festival 2023 this city.
For the first time ever, Kagay-anons were accorded ‘front seat’ treatment during the once-in-a-lifetime ‘Engkwentro sa CdO’ billiard exhibitions of world-class Filipino icons Efren ‘Bata’ Reyes and Django Bustamante.
Held at Limketkai’s Cinema 2, the Billiard Exhibition games also featured local champions Allan “the Eyesman” Abdulahim and Demosthenes “Plong-Plong” Pulpul.
ACE Founding Chairman Officer Culanag said the ‘Engkwentro sa CdO’ was one of the Fiesta highlights that featured the country’s top guns in billiards, Efren ‘Bata’ Reyes and Django Bustamante.
